Service Description

In our Flow Yoga class, much attention is placed on the correct use of the breath. The rhythmic movements, combined with deep breathing, help activate the body’s relaxation. When breath and movements are synchronised, yoga poses become fluid, steady and enjoyable. Through the consistent practice of Flow Yoga, flexibility, mobility and coordination improve together with a great sense of physical and mental wellbeing. All of our classes conclude with restorative poses.
